Proceed With Caution Collection sends out packages ASAP! We try our best to send out packages within our processing time 2-7 business days. Please be patient as I am  student, athlete and a business owner and everything is handmade! Please be patient as my schoolwork and self care comes first .

Shipping should take an additional estimated 2-4 business days.

If you file a dispute on your order as if you are trying to  SCAM me for free products  I WILL TAKE IT INTO THE HANDS OF THE LAW! I will also make sure you will never be able to shop with Proceed With Caution Collection or any small business again. 

Refunds will ONLY be made if there was a mistake ON OUR END. Ex. Forgotten item. We will NOT refund or replace any broken items as we are sure we have shipped your package out in perfect condition. 

If you put in the wrong address and the package gets sent back for whatever reason, I will contact you for you to pay for another shipping label so you will receive your package. Any packages that are lost, stolen, and/or damaged in any type of way will not be on Proceed With Caution Collection. After we ship your package out, Proceed With Caution Collection is NO LONGER in care of the package. At that point we know as much a you do. We will do our best to help, but there is only so much we can do after your package has been shipped. 

We DO NOT do pick ups, drop offs, or meet ups. We are in a global pandemic . This is for our safety and yours. Unless I speak or know you personally and I say otherwise.
